Manages the current activities of the exchange;

Ensures strict compliance with the requirements of the law and other legislative acts in the exchange's activities;

Organizes and controls the implementation of decisions of the general meeting of shareholders and the Exchange Council;

Ensures the implementation of the exchange's annual business plan parameters;

Reports regularly to the Exchange Council on measures taken to implement the exchange's development strategy;

Annually at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, reports are submitted on the results of the exchange's financial and economic activities, implementation of the annual business plan and measures taken to implement the development strategy;

Issues orders and instructions that are mandatory for all exchange employees, and provides instructions;

Approves the exchange's internal documents, except for issues referred to the competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders or the Exchange Board;

Manages the development of exchange development programs and annual business plans;

Together with the Exchange Council, organizes the development of the Exchange's medium- and long-term development strategy project, setting its specific deadlines based on the main directions and goals of the exchange's activities;

Organizes proper maintenance and reliability of accounting and reporting at the exchange, timely submission of annual reports and other financial statements to the relevant authorities.

Controls the organization of exchange trading within the framework of legislative acts;

Organizes high-quality service for exchange members and clients, e-commerce participants;

Controls compliance by exchange members with internal regulatory documents, organizes and controls the study and formalization of compliance of exchange transactions concluded by exchange members with regulatory legal acts in electronic trading systems;

Coordinates and controls the activities of departments in relevant areas of exchange activity;

Improves processes in the electronic system, automates services provided to clients and implements new interactive services;

Analyzes the commodity market, prepares relevant proposals to attract new goods to exchange trading;

The settlement center works on implementing modern financial instruments into the clearing system.

Organizes and controls work with exchange members and their clients;

Coordinates and controls the activities of departments in relevant exchange directions;

Organizes and controls work with brokers, traders and market makers at the exchange;

Analyzes the exchange's market position, its financial and economic activities and the effectiveness of enterprise management;

Controls the development and implementation of relevant proposals for marketing planning, creation and maintenance of a marketing control system, entry into target markets, and occupation of leading positions in these markets.

Manages the exchange's IT direction and ensures effective digital transformation;

Ensures reliable and secure operation of IT infrastructure;

Organizes the development and implementation of the exchange's information systems, digital solutions and automated platforms;

Controls the implementation of IT strategy and its compliance with the exchange's overall development strategy;

Ensures compliance of IT processes with legislation requirements and internal regulatory documents;

Organizes cooperation with software suppliers and technical partners;

Ensures information protection and cyber risk management;

Presents reports on IT department activities to the exchange management and the Exchange Council;

Participates in the development of the exchange's annual business plan regarding digital solutions and IT initiatives.
