Listing Commission
The Listing Commission reviews and authorizes the admission of goods to exchange trading and their inclusion in the exchange quotation list (listing), removal (delisting), and re-inclusion (relisting). The Commission reviews the application for inclusion of goods in the exchange quotation list within 7 business days. The Commission composition is approved by the Management of JSC "ToshTXB".

Arbitration Commission
The main tasks of the Arbitration Commission are the objective, prompt and correct resolution of disputes arising in exchange trading within its competence. The exchange, exchange members and their clients have the right to apply to the commission to resolve disputes. In cases where disputes arise regarding the execution of exchange transactions, applications for the imposition of penalty sanctions are submitted to the arbitration commission no later than three business days from the expiration of the delivery deadline. Applications are sent to the commission through the personal accounts of clients or exchange members.

Control Commission
The Control Commission reviews cases of violations committed by exchange members registered on the Exchange, their traders and exchange employees and makes decisions against them in accordance with the Regulations of the Control Commission. The Commission reviews violations committed according to applications from exchange structural units, the arbitration commission and/or an exchange member. Decisions made by the Disciplinary Commission are mandatory for exchange members to implement.
