Commodity and raw materials exchange activities
On May 15, 2024, the Committee for the Development of Competition and Consumer Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan issued License No. 276260 to the Company, authorizing the conduct of commodity exchange activities.
JSC “Toshkent Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange” operates a modern electronic trading platform — “ebirja.uz”, built on a convenient, reliable, and transparent mechanism of exchange trading. The system enables remote participation in exchange trades, ensures high data processing speed, strong protection against external interference, maintains information confidentiality, and fully meets mobility and functionality requirements.
Since August 28, 2024, the system has facilitated the following: spot transactions (“SPOT”) — involving immediate delivery of exchange-traded goods; and forward transactions (“Forward”) — involving deferred delivery. The Company’s electronic trading system fully complies with the exchange legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and guarantees its clients transparent and proper execution of exchange trades.

Through the electronic system ebirja.uz, goods of specific types and standardized quality—those not requiring prior inspection and consistently circulating on the exchange market—are traded.
Activities of the Operator of the Electronic Public Procurement System
On October 16, 2025, the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan issued Permit No. 1096379 to Joint-Stock Company “Toshkent Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange” to carry out the activities of an operator of the electronic public procurement system. Under this permit, the Company developed the electronic public procurement system — xarid.ebirja.uz. The objective of this system is to ensure transparency, competition, and efficiency in public procurement, create equal opportunities for business entities, and support the rational and open use of public funds.
The public procurement system includes an electronic marketplace and its section “National Store,” enabling suppliers to conveniently and efficiently publish information about their goods and offers, while procuring entities can post procurement announcements, conduct reverse auctions, evaluate proposals, and carry out tender procedures.
